About Paul

Hello,
my name is Paul and I am a French native student. I am from Lyon, a lovely and big city in France. I am here in Ireland in a gap year to improve my English. I arrived last August and have completely loved my experience since. Ireland is a beautiful country with very nice people and I am planning to study in Cork for my future studies. I love playing the piano and I also give lessons in Ireland.

I would love to introduce you to the French language and culture as well. I love reading in French but also in English, according to your interests I could give you an "avant goût" of the french literature. (Hugo, Sartre, Maupassant, Proust and more !).

Whatever your language goals are, I will do my best to help you achieve them.
I will give you my contact details thus you can ask me questions whenever you want and I will answer you as soon as possible.

About the lesson

Since the lockdown, I have started to help people in their studies (Languages, Maths) and I completed my French baccalaureate last year.

My method of teaching French is based on your interests and needs. Whether you want to learn French as a beginner or as an experienced learner, I will adapt my lessons to your level.
With me you will learn :
-The most important : How to speak/write French in your daily life (How to introduce yourself, how to be understood by french people, the basics) We will speak a lot, that is very important for learning and I love speaking with people !
-How to read French (Pronunciations) and how to understand it. (through Documents, Videos, Exercises)+ French Tv Series and Movies.
-The french culture ! ( Food, History, Literature, Celebrations etc...)
-The main grammatical points + conjugation+ Vocabulary (through interactive approches)
I will send you personalised lists on quizlet, an application that allows you to learn and review the points we see together in the form of flashcards. It is very good for learning.
