About Elise

Being a university student, I understand that lessons must be as engaging as possible in order to make the most out of lessons. I make sure that my lessons don't consist of solely me speaking and imposing work. For me, interaction is key during my lessons. I love hearing improvement in my students' work and there is no better way to learn a language through practising it orally. Interaction also makes lessons more fun, engaging and memorable.

About the lesson

As a French tutor, I aim to speak my native language as much as possible during our lessons, allowing students to immerse themselves in hearing and practising French. To make lessons more engaging, I like to end with fun activities like vocabulary quizzes on Kahoot or prize-winning games, all conducted in French. I emphasise tailoring each lesson to meet my students' individual needs and goals. I take pride in ensuring that each session is unique and meets the expectations of my students. Additionally, as a primary school French assistant, I work with children of various ages, helping them with homework, exam preparation, and vocabulary improvement while keeping lessons engaging and fun. I love teaching and take great joy in seeing my students progress.
