About Eros
Hi! I'm Eros, and I moved from France a few years ago. I used to teach English there so I have some tutoring experience already - just reversed! I love learning languages and I hope I can help you do that too. (and maybe love it as well!) If I had to briefly describe myself I'd say I'm a cheerful and friendly person although if you asked most people they'd probably call me a pink obsessed cat lady.

I taught English in France for two years with over 30 students. I like to focus on each student's needs and have a tailored approach rather than a clean-cut programme. Learning a language can be scary so I try to make it an easy process working with each student's skills and what feels personal and useful to them - you're not going to need to study the same thing if you're going for a holiday or if you're there to do business! I like to do active recollection on a weekly and monthly basis - each session you learn a new topic and at the end I give you a few exercises to try and put it into application, then a bit of homework that you can work on in your own time so it fits your schedule. Each month I also like to do a bigger worksheet for you to review everything you've seen so far. I think asking questions is one of the best ways to learn so I'm always up for discussion and, depending on your level, we can also discuss in French!
