About Camille

Hi! I’m a native French speaker currently studying law in the United States. I’m passionate about languages and enjoy helping others become more confident in French.
Whether you’re a complete beginner, a university student, or simply looking to improve your conversational French, I’ll adapt our lessons to your level and goals. I’m patient, friendly, and believe that the best way to learn a language is to practice it in a relaxed and encouraging environment.

About the lesson

My approach to teaching French is friendly, practical, and adapted to each student’s needs. As a native French speaker, I focus on helping students feel comfortable using French in real-life situations rather than simply memorizing grammar rules.
Each lesson is tailored to the student’s level and goals. We may work on conversation, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, reading, or homework depending on what the student needs. I like to encourage students to speak as much as possible and I provide corrections and explanations in a relaxed and supportive way.
A typical lesson starts with a short conversation to practice speaking and identify areas that need improvement. We then focus on a specific topic or skill, followed by practical exercises and conversation. I also like to use everyday situations, French expressions, and cultural examples to make the lessons more engaging.
What sets me apart is that I offer a relaxed and personalized learning experience. I understand that learning a language can feel intimidating, so my goal is to create an environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and improving at their own pace.
My lessons are suitable for beginners, intermediate students, university students taking French classes, travelers preparing for a trip to France, or anyone who simply wants to improve their conversational French.
