About Florian
I have been a teacher for more than 3 years. I taught mostly french and english language in different countries such as Vietnam, Indonesia, Australia or the Philippines. I will gladly help my students to speak, understand and learn french. Learning should be a pleasure, each student has a different pace. I can adapt myself easily to my students needs. They have busy lives and make an effort to come online to learn so we really need to consider them !

I would describe my teaching methodology with the expression Step by step, learning shouldn't be rushed. Making mistakes is obvious and not a big deal, we need them in order to learn and make progress. I'm really focused on my students success. I will teach my lessons in a chill learning environment. I trully care about my students needs an I can adapt myself to their requests. I will teach them vocabulary and expressions from daily basis situations. Through my lessons, I usually take notes of my students good remarks, mistakes and we work on that a the end of the lesson plan. I always include grammar and conjugation in my lessons, and I am aware that the students do not really appreciate this side to the language, but they are very important for speech improvement and fluency.
