About Noelia

My first experience teaching French was with a small group of homeschooling children in my living room in St. Catharines, Ontario. I would prepare lessons on a specific theme, for example "numbers", then we would learn how to count in French, repeat many times together, and finish the class with a song! All in French! Later when I was living in Brazil, I taught evening classes in French, English and German to small groups of adults at a language school named "Wizard" (great name for a school!). The lessons were taught following their dynamic method with great emphasis on dialogues (listening, understanding and repeating). I have also prepared private lessons for specific needs such as accent reduction (French diction) and phonetics. Let's find together what makes you click and fall in love with the French language and culture!

About the lesson

I prepare lesson plans according to the student's specific needs; from basic grammar lessons, vocabulary, songs, to French diction and phonetics. We can do it all! I will email you the material and links to allow you to practice between lessons.

Language lessons are being offered online (GoogleMeet).

To avoid any confusion, I ask the students (or their parents) to pay at the beginning of each month, according to the number of lessons that month.

Group lesson costs will be discussed depending on the number of students, and their levels.

Cancellation of a lesson must be made AT LEAST 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time in order to receive a make-up lesson. No shows or failure to notify me within 24 hours is considered a forfeited lesson.

I teach in English, French or Portuguese.
