About Angelika

I am a French PhD candidate with an MA and a BA (honors) in French language and literature. I was born and raised in Poland but have been living in Canada for the past 30 years.
I have done extensive teaching at the university level and I have also privately tutored at all levels. I like to stay busy to keep my mind and body sharp and I love helping others on their language learning journey. Come join me!

About the lesson

We learn by experience so I encourage the learner to try new things in speech rather than to memorize grammar rules. That's how we learn our native tongue, we experience it and later we learn the rules of the language.

Angelika has helped me prepare me for my SLE testing with the government and I passed with flying colours on the first try!! She is very approachable and easy going. She encourages questions and never makes me feel inadequate.
I would recommend Angelika to anybody who is shy about speaking French, she will make you at ease! 5 stars!
