Each student is different, so I try to find the right method for each case. The secret of success, in my opinion, is "to learn to learn", which allows to empower the student, helping him/her to becomes a real player in his/her success. Do not underestimate the "pleasure" factor either! I love Litterature and I try to (re) discover it with my students, to pass on my passion and to stimulate their creativity. Finally, I attach great importance to the discipline of work and regularity in the effort. It is not always easy for a teenager to plan for the long term and to organize his/her time, to avoid the last minute rush. I follow my students closely and coach them to pass on the keys of effective work.
