My teaching method is communication-oriented: I engage in conversations with my students right after their very first lesson. The way I see it, actively using the lanuage during lessons is crucial. I also find grammatical and lexical knowledge important. That said, grammar is by no means the goal, but rather a tool.
I am a 51-year-old French teacher in Hungary. I have had the opportunity to visit several French-speaking countries and experience their cultures first-hand and have lived in Brussels for 4 years. I have worked as a teacher in primary schools, high schools and universities. I take great pride in the fact that a great number of my students have achievedexcellent results in national competitions. I am also the author of several succesful French textbooks, such as the series Talents, a governent-approved textbook here in Hungary.
