About Credo
When you arrive in a new country, language isn't just about words — it's the key that opens every door: finding housing, understanding your doctor, feeling at home.
I've lived in Quebec for over twenty years. I studied here, built my career here, and raised my family here. I know how this society works — its codes, its institutions, its expressions, its rhythm. The things textbooks don't teach you.
I'm fully bilingual (French–English), which means we start from where you are, with no pressure and no judgment. My goal is simple: help you feel confident in real Quebec life — at the pharmacy, at your child's school, or just chatting with your neighbors.

Just arrived in Quebec or one of the many parts of Francophone Canada and finding everyday French a real challenge? Looking to build confidence speaking, understand the people around you, or simply manage day-to-day situations on your own?
I offer online sessions, fully adapted to your reality and your pace.
What we can work on together:
Everyday conversations — housing, health, transit, public services
Understanding Quebec French — accents, expressions, spoken language
Phone calls, appointments, and common administrative tasks
Literacy and practical reading for beginners
Real-life situation practice: job interviews, your children's school, neighborhood interactions
My approach: no abstract grammar drills. We start from your life, your actual needs, and practice using situations you will genuinely encounter. Every program is built around your level and your goals.
I am fully bilingual in French and English, which means I can support you even if your starting point is English. I have first-hand knowledge of the challenges of adapting to a new country and a solid understanding of how Quebec institutions and daily life work.
Format: individual sessions or small groups (3–5 people), online via Zoom or Google Meet. A free exploratory session is offered so we can assess your needs together before committing to anything.
