About Asia

¡Salut! My name is Asia and I am a medical student at Queen's University Belfast. I have been tutoring for 3 years in a range of subjects including French and Spanish. My passion for languages has allowed me to learn French and Spanish to an advanced level and I am also fluent in Polish. Through my lessons you will not only learn French but also how to make language-learning simple and enjoyable to help you achieve both academic and personal goals in your French journey!

About the lesson

The lessons I provide are tailored to your goals. We can practise a specific topic or skill if you are at an upper beginner or intermediate level or I can help you get started with your French journey and teach you basic grammar and phrases. If you are preparing for an exam, we can make a plan and work on topics and question types which are included in the specification and I can help you with homework and assignments. I have experience tutoring students preparing for CCEA GCSE French exams and I have sat the CCEA A-level French (achieving an A* at A-level) so I can provide help preparing for the particularities of this specification such as the summary and gap fill in the reading paper. I can also help prepare you for the literature paper if you are studying the L'Étranger by Albert Camus or Thérèse Desqueyroux by François Mauriac.
