About Valentina
Graduated with a first class degree from Ca' Foscari University of Venice in languages, cultures and societies of Asia and Mediterranean Africa, Curriculum China. I'm currently attending a Master of Arts in China Studies at the sino-english Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University of Suzhou, Jiangsu in China. Besides, I got a HSK (chinese language exam) level 4 out of 6 levels.

The Chinese language is complex and varied and every skill reagrding the language must be carefully taken care of right from the first approach to it. My lessons will therefore aim at giving a general introduction to the language, focusing both on the written and oral parts, from the words and the writing of the simplest characters, to the correct pronunciation of the tones and reading of simple texts. Own production of simple texts will also be encouraged. Furthermore, I will spend some time in giving an introduction on the culture and history of China, being the language closely connected to them and, moreover, through their knowledge, many words will be more easily memorized.
