I have always loved swimming and find it an essential skill to have. I was on a club team from 6-15 years old and was forced to quit due to a shoulder injury. Depending on the skill level of the child, I would help them learn the basic strokes and diving methods, teach them breathing techniques and flip turns, and give practice sets and drills to keep them consistent!
