Hi, I’m Paul Onyema, a passionate fitness coach and AI & Data Science student at Bangor University. I’ve spent years in the gym mastering discipline, consistency, and mindset — and now, I help others experience that same transformation. I know that stepping into the gym can feel intimidating at first, but my goal is to change that. I create a welcoming environment where fitness becomes something you enjoy — not something you fear.
