About Elise
I aim to simplify complex topics and expand students critical thinking skills so that they can answer questions individually. I enjoy helping others to achieve their full potential. Having completed my A levels recently I understand the new curriculum and the additional content. I received 4 As at A level in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Geography by finding a balance between revising knowledge and applying it to exam questions. I want to help you to do better in your exams and to have a better understanding of maths.

I like to centre lessons around what the student finds more challenging and gauge what they already know. I know from experience that often students need help gaining confidence in the application of what they have already been taught. I am happy to go through example questions that the student finds challenging and will then guide and prompt them through as they work through similar ones. I find this creates a more active learning experience and will help them in an exam environment.
