About Fay Rose
Having recently graduated in History and English Literature, I am working to build my teaching skills ahead of a Masters in History. I am a warm and approachable teacher: I work in a pub, love folk music and long walks at the beach. I believe the best way to enjoy education is by finding what works for you: by learning to write about your interests and passions you can develop your own style of writing. I know how difficult A Level exams can be and want to offer genuine support to encourage growth, whilst we have a laugh and learn together- something ChatGPT can't do!

I offer friendly, constructive lessons where we work together to unlock your academic potential (and passion) regarding literary and historical subjects. Having been through GCSEs and A Levels myself I understand how important the right support can be: this is why a personal approach is at the core of my tutoring. I would love to support anyone working towards A Level or undergraduate qualifications in History, English Literature or Creative writing. Lessons are an hour long with options for a longer session pre-exams. I have experience mentoring individuals with additional needs as well as young people in the LGBTQ+ community and believe education can be meaningful and enjoyable for all.
