About Sylvia
I was born and raised in Canada, and have worked as a professional visual artist (in sculpture) for many years, in addition to having worked extensively with people with special needs. As a retired person who has lived across Canada, I can teach you about cities and culture across the country, or answer whatever questions you might have, especially if you are possibly thinking of moving to Canada someday. We can also use our time together to talk about art, food, current events, culture, nature, and more. While we talk, I will help you with your vocabulary, grammar, and language skills in a way that feels relaxing, comfortable, supportive, fun, and positive.
