About Ioanna
I am a Master of Physics graduate and currently a postgraduate student in Applied Statistics at the University of Strathclyde. For me, teaching has always been a rewarding experience. I have been helping pupils from the ages 7-18, understand and learn in depth mathematics and physics for the past five years, both in one-by-one lessons and as a maths teacher in a private tutoring school in Greece.

Through my five year experience, I have realized that systematic studying, patience and dedication can only result to excellence.
As a tutor, I want to make thinking visible to my students. I want them to express their ideas and be able to use creative and critical thinking on their answers. Getting from theory to examples and afterwards to problem solving, in accordance to practice and homework i believe that students can understand and acquire useful mathematical tools for their future.
