About Scott
I’m autistic myself, so I understand many of the everyday challenges that can come with communication, routines, confidence, organisation and feeling overwhelmed. I want to use my lived experience to offer calm, practical and non-judgemental support to others. My aim is to help people feel understood, build confidence and work through everyday situations at their own pace.

My approach is relaxed, patient and practical. I support autistic students by helping with confidence, communication, routines, organisation, study preparation and everyday challenges. I use lived experience to make support feel realistic and easy to understand rather than overly formal. Sessions can be adapted to the individual, with plenty of time to talk things through at their own pace. I am not a therapist or medical professional; this is practical peer support based on lived experience.
