About Andre
I am an Ex IT and Hospitality expert. I also managed a retirement community so I am skilled in communication with elderly and with slow learners or learners who require additional attention. I have taught many business people on various topics ranging from Customer Support and Service to Service recovery and communication in hospitality - all areas that require good language use and skill in successful expression.

I mainly prefer the TTT (Test, Teach, Test) approach when teaching as I am able to assess my student's needs before we delve into the meat and potatoes of the lessons.
With younger learners, or very inexperienced groups I would use the PPP (Presentation, Practice, Production) method in order to instill the knowledge that they require.
