About Andy
I am an IT graduate currently working as an IT Support Officer, with hands-on experience in networking, computers, servers, troubleshooting and Microsoft systems.
I enjoy helping people understand technology and making complicated IT topics feel much simpler. I know that everyone learns at a different pace, so I am patient and always happy to explain something more than once or approach it in a different way.
My experience combines both academic knowledge and real-world IT work, allowing me to teach not only the theory but also how IT is actually used in the workplace.
Whether you are an IT student, complete beginner, or simply want to improve your computer skills, my goal is to create a comfortable learning environment where you can ask questions, practise and build your confidence.

My lessons are practical, friendly and adapted to your level of experience. I explain IT topics step by step using simple language and real examples, making difficult concepts easier to understand.
I can teach computer networking, Windows, hardware, troubleshooting, Microsoft 365, basic server administration and general IT skills. Lessons can also focus on specific topics or coursework that you are struggling with.
I am an IT graduate currently working as an IT Support Officer, giving me both academic knowledge and real-world IT experience.
Lessons are suitable for beginners, students, or anyone looking to improve their IT knowledge. A typical lesson can last around 1 hour, but this can be adjusted depending on your needs and goals.
