About Kai Li
I was born in China and lived there for over 14 years before moving to England, so Mandarin is my native language. I would describe myself as kind, friendly, and hardworking, with many hobbies like drama, dance, art, piano, tennis, and swimming. I want to teach because I have seen many people in England who are curious about learning Chinese but haven’t had the opportunity. Teaching gives me a chance to share my language and culture, help students gain confidence, and make learning Mandarin both fun and meaningful. I also enjoy supporting students preparing for GCSE Chinese and helping them reach their goals.
