About Lin

I am a dedicated French tutor with 5 years of professional teaching experience, working with High School and College students. Over the years, I have supported learners in developing strong language skills and improving their academic performance in French.

My teaching approach is based on personalised learning. I believe that understanding each student’s goals and learning style is essential for success. I create customised lesson plans that focus on individual strengths and address specific challenges. This helps students progress steadily and with confidence.

One of my unique strengths is my clear and structured teaching style. I simplify complex grammar topics and explain them using practical, real-life examples. I also emphasise pronunciation, sentence formation, and communication skills to help students use French naturally.

I aim to create a supportive and positive learning environment where students feel encouraged to participate. Through regular feedback, motivation, and guidance, I help learners stay focused and confident. My goal is to help students build a strong foundation in French and achieve long-term success.

About the lesson

My French teaching methodology is designed to make learning dynamic, practical, and enjoyable. I combine creativity, communication, compassion, and problem-solving to ensure students achieve both confidence and fluency.

I foster creativity by using storytelling, role-play, and cultural exploration. Students practise French in real-life scenarios, helping them internalise vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation naturally.

Problem-solving is incorporated through text analysis, grammar tasks, and interactive exercises, sharpening both critical thinking and practical language skills.

In addition to French, I can also teach literature, writing, and related subjects. My goal is to create immersive, motivating, and effective lessons that inspire students to love learning French.
