About Rebecca
I have previously mentored students in KS3, KS4 and KS5 both formally and informally. As a very involved member of my school community, I spent three years providing challenges for gifted and talented students as well as helping with the Yr7 science fair and various cyber related competitions.

I am happy to help with KS3, GCSE and A level work in Chemistry, Physics and Maths.
Whilst I am passionate about science and maths, I do not think I would have been as successful in these subjects if it was not for my methodical approach to my studies. I have found that the school curriculum constructs boundaries between topics that do not really need to exist and when you find connections between different topics it increases your understanding and makes the subject much easier.
My approach is tailored towards any weaknesses that the individual may have in understanding the content and/or its applications. Once the student is secure in their knowledge, I would work through practice questions with them building their confidence at approaching the topics under exam conditions.
