I've been a Statistician (Saudi trade figures) and Market Analyst (UK soft drinks industry).
Actually, I struggled with Maths at school for a little while - so I fully understand how important patience, encouragement, support and understanding are to students!

My approach is to gain the confidence of students, especially those who are nervous or shy, or struggling with an aspect of the syllabus. Many of my testimonials from parents on other websites state that their child grew in confidence during our lessons together.
I find it really rewarding when a student of any age suddenly says, "Oh, I get it now, Andrew!"
