About Angela

Hello! My name is Angela, and I am a TEFL-certified English tutor from the Philippines. I am passionate about helping students improve their English skills in a supportive, friendly, and encouraging learning environment.

Although I am at the beginning of my teaching career, I have completed teacher training and gained valuable experience through classroom observations and teaching practice during my studies. These experiences have helped me develop effective teaching strategies, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt lessons to meet each student's learning needs.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is student-centered, interactive, and encouraging. I believe every student learns at their own pace, so I adapt my lessons to match each learner's needs, goals, and learning style. I create a positive and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and building confidence in using English.

During my lessons, I use a variety of teaching techniques, including guided conversations, vocabulary-building activities, pronunciation practice, grammar exercises, reading passages, and real-life examples. I also incorporate games, visual materials, and interactive activities for younger learners to make lessons enjoyable and engaging.

A typical lesson begins with a short review of previous topics, followed by the introduction of a new lesson. We then practice the target language through speaking, listening, reading, or writing activities. At the end of each session, I provide feedback, answer questions, and give personalized recommendations to help students continue improving outside of class.
