About Lilia
As someone who has only recently completed French and Spanish A-Levels, I remember exactly what it’s like to be a GCSE language student. I know which parts can feel overwhelming, which revision methods waste time, and which techniques genuinely help you improve.
My aim is to be the tutor I would have wanted when I was studying for my own exams: approachable, encouraging and focused on what actually works. Whether you’re aiming to pass, boost your predicted grade or push for top marks, lessons will be tailored to your goals.
We can work on speaking, vocabulary, grammar, translation, exam technique and revision skills, all at a pace that suits you. No question is too small, and mistakes are always welcome, they’re how we learn.

Hi, I’m Lilia! I’m passionate about languages and the opportunities they create.
Having recently completed my A-Levels in French and Spanish, I’m currently taking a gap year before going to university to study Modern Foreign Languages and train to become a language teacher. Tutoring feels like the perfect way to combine my love of languages with my future career goals.
I’m friendly, patient and always happy to adapt my approach to suit each student. I know that everyone learns differently, so I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building their confidence.
My goal is not only to help students improve their grades, but also to help them discover that learning a language can be enjoyable and rewarding.
