I’m Jeffrey, an Enrolled Agent and lifelong numbers guy who genuinely enjoys helping people make sense of taxes. I’ve spent years working in tax resolution, tax preparation, and tax software support with several leading industry companies across the U.S. and Canada. That hands-on experience taught me how to explain complex tax systems in a simple, conversational way. I take pride in creating calm, judgment-free lessons where you can ask questions openly and actually enjoy learning. My goal is to build your confidence one concept at a time until taxes start to feel clear, approachable, and even empowering.

About the lesson

I start by understanding your current comfort level with taxes, then build step-by-step lessons using real examples like 1040 forms, IRS transcripts, and small business filings. Each session mixes practical walkthroughs, mini quizzes, and guided practice until you feel confident doing it yourself. I teach students, new professionals, and small business owners who want to actually understand how the U.S. tax system works. What sets me apart is that I’ve done this work in real life—I explain the “why” behind the rules in plain English, not jargon. You’ll leave every session feeling more capable, clear, and ready to apply what you learned.

The first 30-minute session is a friendly intro call to discuss your goals, current comfort level with taxes, and create a personalized learning plan — not a full tax lesson.

I’m currently available for evening and weekend sessions only — reply time within 24 hours. (Eastern Time).
Lessons are held online via webcam using shared examples and guided walkthroughs.

All prices are flat and transparent — no hidden fees or travel charges.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy:
Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance so we can open that time slot for another student. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered used.
