Hello! I am Shreya, a friendly, energetic, and passionate fitness and Zumba instructor. I enjoy helping people stay active and feel more confident through fun and enjoyable workouts. I want to share my knowledge because I believe fitness should be simple, positive, and enjoyable. I aim to motivate my students and help them build healthy fitness habits.

I offer fun and energetic Zumba fitness classes for beginners and all fitness levels. My classes combine easy dance movements with enjoyable music to make workouts active and engaging. I focus on improving stamina, coordination, flexibility and overall fitness while keeping the sessions simple, positive and enjoyable.
