About Rehmat
My name is Rehmat, and I found Yoga when I was going through a particularly tough time after graduating with my degree. Yoga helped me come back to myself, feel better and stronger again, and find joy in life once more. It helped me to build a strong body, gave me discipline, and taught me about acceptance, gratitude and contentment. I know that with dedication and commitment, it can do the same for you.

I teach authentic classes following a blend of the traditional methodology and my years of teaching both Yoga and other subjects here in the UK. Lessons are 60 minutes long and for anyone aged 13+. I am a qualified Yoga teacher, Extended DBS, Trauma-Informed.
