About Bella

I have over 8 years of experience teaching Chemistry and hold an MSc in Radiochemistry. I focus on food chemistry and nutritional science, guiding students through macromolecules, food additives, and metabolic pathways. Lessons include dietary analysis and food product development for practical understanding. I emphasize chemical reactions in cooking and food preparation to make learning relevant.
