About Joshua

I am a self-taught fitness trainer with over 2 years of experience, specializing in working with exclusive clients. My journey into fitness began during my teenage years when I immersed myself in Mixed Martial Arts in the Kingdom of Bahrain—a transformative experience that not only reshaped my approach to fitness but also influenced my perspective on life. This statement is no exaggeration; MMA changed the trajectory of my life.

Despite not pursuing a professional fighting career due to certain reasons, my passion for fitness persisted. Balancing a demanding college schedule and working two jobs, I remained dedicated to my fitness journey. I explored various disciplines, including bodybuilding, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, conditioning, and endurance training. Admittedly, my primary teacher in this endeavor was none other than "Google." Driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge, I devoured information and experimented with different techniques, often treating my body like a laboratory rat. Through numerous injuries and experiences, I gained valuable insights.

Along the way, a friend introduced me to calisthenics, opening up yet another incredible chapter in my fitness journey. Drawing from diverse disciplines, I accumulated a wealth of knowledge. After years of struggle, I've identified common pitfalls that lead people to fail in their fitness endeavors. Understanding Transformation:

The primary motivation behind many individuals embarking on a fitness program is the desire to transform their bodies akin to fitness models or athletes. However, a common misconception is that these professionals have achieved their physique overnight. In reality, most have dedicated years to their respective disciplines, honing their skills and making comprehensive lifestyle changes. Their commitment and determination allow them to attain the desired physique efficiently. Some even intentionally gain weight to later devise programs that effectively transform their bodies. While this approach can be effective for them, it's essential to recognize that everyone's body responds differently.

Many of us have, at some point, attempted to get fit or achieve an aesthetic physique, often turning to internet search engines for fitness advice. These searches yield a plethora of fitness programs ranging from one day to several months, available on websites—some for free and others through subscription.

In my own fitness journey, I've observed that most programs showcase the physique and transformation of a fitness professional, enticing beginners with the promise of remarkable results. While initial motivation may drive adherence to rigorous workout and diet plans, the changes for non-professionals are not as rapid. This discrepancy often leads to demotivation and waning interest in the once alluring fitness journey. Frustration sets in when physical goals remain elusive, and this disappointment often results in a return to an unhealthy lifestyle.

Through my experiences, I have not found a website that guides individuals on achieving fitness goals while instigating lasting lifestyle changes for a lifetime.

My purpose is to assist people like myself—those seeking guidance not only on exercise programs and diets lasting a month or more but also on how to gradually and permanently transform their lifestyles, sustaining a healthier approach for the rest of their lives.
