About Louise
With six years dedicated to physics education, I operate as a concept translator for Secondary through first-year university levels, including O-Level, IP, JC/A-Level, and IB. My background blends academic training in Physics with six years of frontline tutoring, giving me a dual lens: subject mastery and classroom pragmatism.
Across these six years, I have coached over 200 learners with different starting points. Some arrived confused by vectors, others needed fine-tuning for IB Paper 3 or university modules. I built a library of diagnostic tools to pinpoint whether the issue is notation, algebra, visualization, or exam technique. Then I craft targeted interventions that stick.
My lessons emphasize derivation literacy, model-based reasoning, and error analysis. I keep sessions interactive, using whiteboard proofs, simulation demos, and past-year pattern audits. The six-year journey has taught me that confidence grows when students see their own logic work. That is the outcome I engineer every week.

Physics becomes legible when we translate its language. My lessons act as a live decoding chamber for Secondary through first-year university syllabi, including O-Level, IP, JC/A-Level, and IB. We dismantle jargon, reveal patterns hiding in equations, and rebuild your confidence from the ground up.
Each class starts with a "phenomenon hook" from sports, space, or tech that anchors the abstract. From there, we transition into guided derivation, where you co-author the result instead of receiving it. Problem sets are tiered: foundation reps to build fluency, crossover puzzles to build agility, and exam replicas to build precision under time pressure.
I emphasize meta-skills most tutors skip. You will learn how to read a question stem for hidden constraints, how to allocate time by mark weight, and how to self-audit solutions for logical consistency. For IB IAs and lab reports, we workshop uncertainty analysis and evaluation criteria until you can preempt the examiner's rubric.
No two students get identical lessons. Your pacing, interests, and weak zones dictate the route. By term end, you interpret physics like a native speaker, not a tourist.
