About Kumar
My name is Shivani and I am very happy to be your teacher. I love teaching and learning new things with children like you. I believe that learning should be fun so in our classes we will learn through stories, games, activities, and lots of questions. I want you to know that: 1. It's okay to make mistakes. 2. You can ask questions anytime. 3. Everyone is special and important in my class. My classroom is a place where we learn, laugh, share, and grow together.

My teaching approach is child-centered, progressive, and activity-based, designed to nurture not only academic excellence but also the holistic growth of the learner. I believe that children learn best when they feel safe, curious, confident, and happy. My teaching-learning methods incorporate: 1. Concept-based learning that focuses on a deep understanding of concepts connecting new ideas with real-life experiences. 2. Activity-oriented teaching incorporating experiments, observation tasks, real-life problem solving, etc. These teaching tools help learners develop cognitive, emotional, social, and creative skills. I ensure a joyful and stress-free learning environment where children can feel motivated to express freely and feel confident.
