About the lesson
My approach to tutoring is to get a handle on the students weaknesses and then make the topic approachable and real. Convey the relevance of the subject matter to happening real things going on in the world. My ideal tutoring assignment would allow me to teach topics relatable to my current obsession which is the James Webb Space Telescope.

When edX was introduced in 2012 I took the Inaugural MIT Intro to Biology course taught by Eric Lander, an awesome teacher, who already has fame from his work in gene sequencing. Went on to take almost every course that MITx offered. I can't get enough of it.
