About Iván

I am 18 years old and from Spain, I've lived there for basically my entire life. When I was a kid, I lived in the U.S. for a period of time, which is the reason why I am bilingual, I am currently studying my degree in the United States. I am really excited and very passionate about my language, even though I have no experience tutoring, which is why my classes are more oriented for already proficient students in Spanish looking to further improve their spoken skill and listening, which I am absolutely capable of helping with. I am also competent enough to answer most doubts about definitions, grammar or vice versa, as long as it is not questions about fundamental things native speakers do not think about when they speak I am absolutely capable of providing an answer. I really hope people can see me as a "gateway" to mastering their oral communication and listening, without the need to live in Spain, I can't wait to start teaching classes :)

About the lesson

- I am a native speaker, so I have absolutely no issue with going at the pace that you desire

- My idea for these classes is to simply maintain a casual conversation between me and you just like if we were in Spain having a normal conversation, which also means I'll use slang and ways of speaking from Spain. But I have absolutely no problem zeroing in on a specific subject like asking for directions or talking about the weather if you request it or hold a more basic level of Spanish, what we do is all up to you!
