About Ruben
I'm from Spain originally and moved to Houston in 2009. I learned myself English on my job and speaking with random people. With my first kid, I tried to teach only Spanish and that worked until he started school. Then he started talking to me in English only, so what I did was only speak Spanish to him and tell him that if he wanted something he needed to ask for it in Spanish. So that's the way I teach now.
