About Olevia
As someone who deeply values both education and career growth, I understand the dedication and discipline it takes to succeed. I’m a full-ride scholar on the consulting track, with offers from firms like Northrop Grumman and Deloitte. I also founded Business Beyond Borders, an organization that provides educational and career support to students from marginalized communities. Through this work, I’ve mentored students, led workshops, and built meaningful relationships that empower others to thrive. I bring not only experience, but empathy. As a first-generation college student, I understand the challenges many students face and offer guidance that goes beyond academics—whether it's navigating college, building a resume, or preparing for career opportunities. I also work closely with advisors and can connect students to valuable resources. I'm here to help students succeed, because I’ve been in their shoes—and I care.
