Full-stack engineer, Tech lead & Architect with more than 15 years in IT. Various companies with different domains benefited from having me onboard where I managed to resolve complex business problems.
My skills allow me to act in different roles and find the most effective process to run the engineering team(s). With professional architecture skills – I've migrated complex systems to operate on new rails in a more efficient and cost-effective manner, built series of greenfield projects from scratch.
Thanks to advanced soft and teaching skills – was able to transform multiple teams to raise the bar of engineering in aspects of quality and development maturity. Strong in communication.
I'm big fan of modern software engineering practices and approaches. Really trust in software design fundamentals, so it's not just writing a code to me.

In general - you share the needs and desire. And we will find the best way to reaxh the goal. Software engineering is tricky thing, but there are many ways to explain not clear things in details. It's often about analogies with real life - having a plan with good analogies and examples - will lead us to success.
- I had experience teaching in public schools
- Had experience in coaching/teaching people to fill the gaps
- Worked with people outside of IT to let them get in and find the job
- My professional duties in team lead or tech lead role require consistent communication with people. I do coach team members regularly to raise the bar
