About Mason
I graduated from a college preparatory school with a 3.89 GPA. I excelled in each mathematics class I was enrolled in and earned a A- or higher. I scored a 28 on the math portion of the ACT exam which covers a diversified range of math concepts. I am now 19 and attend Southeastern University where I just completed Honors Calculus with an A.

After graduating from a rigorous high school and completing my first year at Southeastern University, I have learned advanced techniques that allow me to tutor any age in trigonometry, algebra, as well as college preparation. A typical session would include advice for staying organized/focused in class, completing unfinished homework, a review of overarching material, and of course answering any questions along the way! What sets me apart as a tutor is the fact that I am still a student, I am continuously exposed to new tips and tricks by peers and college professors. Some learning techniques include eliminating distractions, allowing the student to teach me, and by practicing active learning.

My daughter really enjoyed being tutored by Mason. She was patient with her and made sure she fully understood the concepts she needed help with.
Mason is very well educated and she really helped me with fractions and geometry. When I didn’t understand something I was taught in school she taught me a different technique for the method.
