About Jennifer
I have my 200-hr Yoga certification since 2012. I am registered with Yoga Alliance. I have taken over 1000-hrs of Yoga training though various workshops and trainings.
I have taught teen Yoga, "Yoga for Old Guys", vinyasa and hatha, mantra, meditation, and other forms of Yoga.
I am experienced relationship and communication mediator and bring skills of Yoga into my coaching practice.
I am a graduate student pursing a Depth Psychology degree.
I am a mom to an adult child, married, love to garden, hike, and connect to the wild.
