About Valentina

Salut! My name is Valentina Almeida, I am 17 years old with 3 years experience as a French tutor teaching kids of all levels. I am thrilled to help you master the French language. I am passionate about making language and learning engaging as well as entertaining. My approach focuses on creating a supportive environment where you feel comfortable practicing and building your confidence. I believe in tailoring lessons to your individual goals and learning style, whether you're a complete beginner eager to say your first "bonjour," a student preparing for an exam like the OQRE or DALF, or simply looking to enhance your conversational skills for travel or personal enrichment. We'll explore grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency through a blend of communicative activities, authentic materials, and personalized feedback. About the lesson

As a tutor, I always make sure that my clients are comfortable and understand the material when we finish a session. I find that it is always best to review the previous classes before starting to understand what my client remembers. I make sure to speak French as often as possible and slow down or translate when necessary. I love working with children 5-12 years and helping them achieve their full potential. It brings me great pride to watch them grow intellectually. I have 3 years experience, my previous and current clients are always satisfied. Near the end of the class, I make sure to play French vocabulary games to work on literature and fluency. I always take note of the parents as well as the children's personal preferences to ensure that I can ensure that the lessons are crafted for my clients. I hope that I can encourage your child be the best that they can be.
