About Amy
I have seen firsthand that no two paths to learning are the same. During my time in the classroom, I have worked with a range of pupils with varying needs. My focus and commitment has always been to support the individual learner, meeting them where they are, rather than where they are expected to be.
During my teaching journey, I have also spent almost eight years in a trauma-informed school, so I understand that true learning can only happen when a child feels safe, seen, and understood. My teaching is built on a foundation of empathy and patience, ensuring that every session is more than just an academic exercise—it’s a place where confidence is restored and curiosity is celebrated. Whether your child needs a gentle boost or a new way to look at a challenge, I am here to provide the dedicated space they need to flourish in their own unique way.
