About Shyamala
I am constantly amazed at how much of learning is involved in being a teacher.
The students are always the core of the experience and I truly value that.
The space where I offer a lesson comes with an intention of making something a tiny bit better for each and everyone of my student and that offering is pure.
I want my students to feel safe, strong and confident in their bodies and movement is always a good idea, to me it is what I consider as “moving meditation”

Can benefit those looking for weight loss, tone, strengthening, mobility, flexibility.
I do guided meditation that helps in calming and relaxing the nervous system.
Although not mandatory, it will be good to include props like some yoga blocks, cushions, for Pilates,a soft ball, little weights and the circle to add some challenges to the class
