About Sarah
Hello,
I am a fully qualified teacher with experience of teaching students aged between 11-19 at levels ranging from GCSE to A level. I have a BA in History and Film Studies, alongside a PGCE in Lifelong Learning.
When teaching, I do not believe a “one size fits all” approach. Instead I like to look at the student as an individual and tailor my teaching strategies to what the student needs as well as what the necessary curriculum is. I believe students learn best when they are passionate about a subject. Therefore I ensure my lesson plans are both interactive and engaging.
Throughout my experience of teaching, I have covered university applications, GCSE and A level coursework. I have also marked past examination papers and am experienced in essay writing.
