About Dan
I have been playing guitar for around 12 years now, and teaching for about 3 years. I have taught in a number of different scenarios ranging from one-to-one peripatetic advanced technique lessons, to group sessions teaching absolute beginners to play their first few notes.

My teaching ethos is based entirely around the student's desires. no two lessons are the same from student to student. my approach is to find out what area of guitar playing the student wants to improve, then do whatever I can to help them reach their goal. Again, this can range from how to hold a guitar properly, all the way to implementing advanced guitar techniques when writing songs.
