About Sofia
I obtained a 2.1 in my Modern Languages (French and Spanish) degree. As part of my year abroad, I worked at a prestigious Engineering School in the suburbs of Paris where I helped students with their English speaking skills by scheduling conversation practice, planning enjoyable events such as movie nights and debates and organising exam practice sessions with them. These methods all helped them to feel more comfortable with speaking English and put them at ease. Due to this incredibly rewarding experience, I would love to share my knowledge of both French and Spanish in order to help students to improve and gain more confidence as well as ace their exams.

I teach from beginners up to A-Level standard and am more than happy to help with any difficulties or queries you might have about French or Spanish. I can cater to your needs and can go through any areas or topics you find more challenging. I can also focus on specific areas such as listening, reading, writing, grammar or vocabulary. I will also set homework as I find that it really helps students to consolidate what they learn.
