About Meltem

I graduated from a teaching high school. I am studying English teaching at Pamukkale unit. I previously worked in a kids club for a year, and I have been teaching private lessons for about a year. I worked as a project coordinator in a volunteer organization before, so I have a lot of foreign friends and I was exposed to different accents. All this has improved me a lot.

About the lesson

Before teaching my lessons, I measure the needs of my student and start classes accordingly. I do mixed classes such as speaking, writing, reading and listening. Since I think the language should be learned naturally, I find it appropriate to use various videos and music. I took detailed lessons on storytelling for my primary and pre-school students, I also took part in a TUBITAK project on storytelling and learned storytelling techniques, I find it very important to use different techniques like these. At the end of the lesson, I love to talk to my students about the lesson, where they had difficulties or where they were suitable for them.
