About Elisha
I am a 25-year-old teacher with a variety of life experience and hobbies. While I was in university, I studied Business in Sydney, specialising in Marketing and Management. During my studies I also engaged in a number of volunteering and work experiences to find out what I wanted to do after my studies. After I graudated in 2017, I spent two years working in the digital marketing industry before I decided to take a gap year in Europe during 2020. I spent 20 months abroad teaching and travelling and was based in Barcelona. I grew a passion for teaching English and formed many connections with my students who also taught me so much in return. When I'm not being a teacher, I love cooking and experimenting in the kitchen, going on picnics with my friends and playing lots of board games.

My teaching methodolgy is student-oriented. I cater to individual needs and incorporate creativity to make lessons dynamic. I have taught classes ranging from 30-90 minutes depending on the specific goals of my stuent. My classes suit all levels and I have experience teaching as young as 6 years to 40+. I have taught a range of classes that focused on topics such as grammar, vocabulary, Cambridge exams, speaking and writing. My certification includes CertTESOL, accedited by Trinity College London, which I obtained in Barcelona, Spain.
