About Heather
I have worked in many fields, including television production, casting, and writing. I have also worked in education off and on since the age of 18. I love being around kids, but I also connect greatly with adults and seniors. There is never a time in life that it is too late to study French or any language for that matter. Your whole world will open up with access to a new language and I love helping my students get to the point where they feel like they can converse with a native French speaker.

I have studied French since the age of 12 and I'm now 52 years old. I am a lifelong learner in general, but especially of French language and culture. I try to get to France as much as I can and had the opportunity to study there for my junior year. My family has a home in the south of France so I've been very fortunate to visit often. I think studying a language should be full of fun and not about perfection. That being said, if you want to improve your grades and or begin to speak conversationally, it is important to work with someone who can lift you up… I am that person! :)
